Sesame Seed, Poppy Seed and Honey Tuiles

This is me using up a leftover egg white. They are some honey flavoured tuiles sprinkled with sesame and poppy seeds.

They look and taste great, although their texture is a little soft due to the honey I added. More experiment is needed to get a good medium between the flavour and crunch.
