Sultana Slices

This is a fruit cake flavoured with vanilla and sultanas with a little mixed spice. It is drizzled with a water icing.

The cake is fairly dense but well-flavoured and not dry. The sultanas add a bit of sweetness and moisture, and the icing tops it off nicely. It was a nice simple bake.
