Cheddar and Black Onion Seed Bagels

These are some American bagels flavoured with black onion seeds and topped with melted cheddar cheese.

The texture is soft on the inside and chewy on the outside. The cheese on top is crisp and adds a savoury flavour. They are the best of the two batches.
