Apricot and Custard Kites





I have been making some puff pastry kites filled with crème patisserie with a hint of maple syrup, apricot slices, and glazed with apricot jam.

The pastry puffed well creating light and butteriness. The custard is sweet and creamy. The apricot on top is summery and fresh. Altogether they are delicious and wonderfly elegant.
