Blueberry and Lemon Madeleines

These are some lemon madeleine sponges with blueberries.

They are some miniature cakes for my study skills class at college. They were soft and light, with a rich flavour. The lemon is fairly strong and the blueberries add a slightly sharp note. They are little bites of deliciousness.
