Vanilla and Cointreau Crème Caramel.

This is a traditional crème caramel flavoured with vanilla and a dash of cointreau. 

The caramel is sweet and the custard perfectly smooth. The cointreau is subtle and could perhaps do with a touch more added. They are delicious desserts.
