Cinnamon and Cherry Bagels

These are some American bagels flavoured with cinnamon and glacé cherries.

They are soft and airy. The cinnamon flavour is strong and cherries sweet. They could do with a dash more sugar but other than that the taste is delicious. The dough was a bit too wet for a bagel and so they didn't rise up as much as they should. Other than that they are chewy and delicious.
