Goat's Cheese and Spinach Puffs



To go with the picnic lunch, I have been baking rough puff pastry pasties. These are filled with a mixture of goat's cheese and spinach, flavoured with a little nutmeg, garlic and onion.

The pastry itself is buttery, flaky and light, with a lovely golden brown bake. The flavours of the filling are a well-loved combination, with the delicious goat's cheese complementing the spinach. A fantastic pie.
