Tomato and Parmesan Provencal Roly Poly



 I have been baking with one of my favourite unhealthy ingredients, suet. I have made an individual savoury roly poly filled with a garlic and tarragon tomato sauce, onion and parmesan cheese.

The suet pastry is steamed to perfection, being soft and comforting. The filling brings a strong flavour to the otherwise plain suet pastry and is delicious. It is cheesy and delicious.
