Iced Carrot Biscuits



There's still Easter eggs in the shops so I make it still Easter. I have therefore made some brown sugar biscuits with a hint of cinnamon, iced with a water icing.

The biscuits are baked just right, with a crisp texture. The brown sugar was fairly course and therefore gives a crunchy texture. I have to say, my icing technique is not generally fantastic therefore I am very happy with these.
