Coconut Tuiles

I have been using some of my leftover egg whites to make some tuiles. These are flavoured with desiccated coconut.

They make look plain and simple but are absolutely delicious. The coconut flavour is strong and (most of them) snap perfectly. I am very proud of the bake on these.
