Honeycomb Parfait

This is a simple frozen parfait flavoured with vanilla and pieces of honeycomb.

When mixing and freezing the honeycomb did inevitably break down and liquify giving a wonderful flavour but limited texture contribution. It isn't a very firm set dessert but is fantastsic none the less; it just needs to be eaten quickly!
