White Chocolate and Raspberry Cake Balls
I have been using up some cake leftover from a previous bake. I have made some cake balls with a raspberry jam centre, coated in white chocolate and topped with freeze dried raspberry pieces.
This bake is one that has made me incredibly happy as it has let me overcome my cake pop fear. I know they aren't on sticks, but nonetheless the principle is the same. They are far more successful than my previous cake pop attempt. I am very pleased indeed!
