Parmesan and Paprika Arlettes
It is always a good time to make some cheesy biscuits. These are my version of the arlette. They are not sweet and cinnamon flavoured but instead feature paprika, with a hint of cayenne pepper, and parmesan cheese.
The biscuit is thin, crisp and flaky with a lovely buttery flavour. The cayenne adds a subtle hint of spice and compliments the parmesan. They are very moreish and comforting.
