Chocolate and Passionfruit Souffle

This is a hot chocolate souffle with a passionfruit coulis.

My oven may be no good at meringues but it does make a very impressive souffle. This rose remarkably and baked to perfectly. It was light, rich and chocolatey with a wonderful passionfruit sweetness. Heaven.
