Chocolate and Caramel Marble Cakes

These are some mini cakes made for my work colleagues. These are some marble cakes with a mix of chocolate sponge and one made with light muscovado sugar.

The cakes are small and light. The chocolate is rich and the light muscovado sugar sweet and with a subtle caramel flavour. They went down very well.
