Bombay Aloo Kachori
Curry for dinner requires a proper indian snack. These are some kachori made of a pastry similar to filo and are filled with a lightly spiced bombay potato mix.
The pastry was crisp, thin and light and the filling well flavoured. They did not brown as much as the traditional snack would if they were deep fried however these oven baked versions were delicious.
