Strawberry and Elderflower Pannacotta

This is a pannacotta flavoured with elderflower cordial and served with fresh strawberries and strawberry syrup. 

The pannacotta itself is set so it has a slight wobble, and its texture is creamy and smooth. It could easily take a little more elderflower but other than that it tastes fresh, light and delicious.
