Cumin Seed Crackers



This are some savoury crackers made with yeast and flavoured with crushed cumin seeds.

The biscuits are very crisp and crunchy, baked to browned and dried out and breaking with a snap. The cumin seed is just strong enough to give a nice spice to the biscuit preventing them from being bland and flavourless. I did made an adaptation during the baking by putting a second baking sheet on top to stop them from puffing with large air holes, and this was a great decision as they are very thin and light.
