Chilli Flake Dough Balls

I have made some pizza restaurant inspired dough balls flavoured with chilli flakes and garlic.

They are just the right size, being able to be eaten in two or three bites (depending on the size of your mouth!). The first rise of the dough was very good and gave it a lot of structure due to the softness of the dough. I blended the chilli flakes with a little flour to ensure it gave a kick through every mouthful, although despite normally being too heavy handed with the jar, I could personally take twice the amount. The bread has a soft, even and light texture. I would say they are nigh on perfect, and are great with a plain or garlic butter dip.
