Mango Suet Dumplings and Custard

These are some steamed suet dumplings filled with chunks of fresh mango, perfect served with custard.

The suet pastry is just the right consistency and steamed to soft. The filling is sweet, refreshing and fruity giving a lovely flavour to an otherwise bland dough. I absolutely love suet so to me these are heaven.
