Mint Chocolate Viennese

These are some little petit fours. They are chocolate viennese biscuits dipped in dark chocolate and filled with a chocolate and mint buttercream. 

The biscuits are melt in the mouth and crumbly, just as viennese should be. I think they look delicate and elegant. The buttercream has a rich chocolate flavour with a strong peppermint kick. They are little mouthfuls of deliciousness.
