Hot Toddy Souffle



With the cold weather over Bonfire Night, it is only right to treat yourself with a hot toddy. This is the drink in souffle form, being flavoured with lemon, honey and whisky. It is, of course, dusted with the compulsory spoonful of icing sugar.

I am over the moon with the results of this bake. The souffle rose more than I could have imagined, was baked perfectly, and has a tangy lemony flavour with a boozy sweet back note from the honey and whisky. I don't think I have any complaints at all.
