Toad in the Hole
This is a rosemary and thyme flavoured yorkshire pudding with sausages. It is a traditional toad in the hole.
The batter was well risen and crisp on the outside with a slight softness in the middle. The pork sausages were, of course, delicious, being from my meat counter! It was fabulous as a dinner after a long day at work with onion gravy.
