Spiced Orange Marzipan Pillow Biscuits

These are some brown sugar and mixed spice biscuits filled with a small piece of orange marzipan. 

They are crisp and short biscuits and the marzipan is soft inside the centre. The flavour is strong and well spiced. They are a delicious quick bake. They do perhaps lack a little in aesthetics but they make up for this in taste.
