Grapefruit Posset and Poppyseed Biscuits

This is a cold cream posset flavoured with pink grapefruit juice and zest. It is served with poppyseed biscuits.

The dessert itself had a delicious fresh flavour and was light and creamy. The biscuits are crunchy and went perfectly with the posset.
