Apple Crumble Pies

These are some apple pies with a cinnamon and oat crumble topping for Scout camp.

The pastry is crisp and short with a soft apple filling and crumbly topping. The addition of demerara sugar made a difference on making it coarser and far more crunchy. Delicious!
