Crunchy Lemon Jumbles

These are some little jumble biscuits flavoured with lemon and topped with golden syrup and crunchy demerara sugar. 

They look small and dainty with a delicate flavour and crunchy topping. Another few minutes cooking in the oven may have been appreciated, but other than that they are delicious!
