Double Chocolate Amaretto Ganache Tart
This is my chocolatey bake of the month. It is a chocolate shortcrust pastry filled with a dark chocolate and amaretto ganache and sprinkled with almond brittle.
The pastry is chocolatey, short and dark and the ganache rich and smooth. The amaretto cuts through it perfectly adding an extra flavour. The crunch of the brittle on top is perfect to contrast the soft centre. It is delicious and chocolatey.
