Blueberry, Raspberry and Custard Suisse

These are some sweet dough buns filled with a vanilla crème patisserie, blueberries and raspberries.

The dough was soft and enriched with a sweet flavour. I put a little too much custard inside them so it spilled out a little, but other than that they were excellent. The flavour was great.
