Chocolate Orange Cheesecake

This is my baked orange cheesecake with chocolate chips, chocolate biscuit base, and topped with chocolate shavings and orange zest.

The cheescake was creamy and smooth with a perfect tangy orange flavour. It was perhaps a few minutes over cooked as it did crack in centre, however this will come in practice!
