Chicken, Butternut Squash and Vegetable Picnic Pie

This is a hot water crust pastry picnic pie filled with layers of butternut squash, chicken, red onion, courgette, pepper and more chicken.

The pastry is well baked and crisp. The layers are well defined and the flavours all work deliciously together. It is great!
