Cheese and Chive Crown Loaf

This is a white and wholemeal loaf filled with chives, black pepper and cheddar cheese. It is topped with parmesan cheese.

The bread rose well and is light and soft. The top is crisp. It is cheesy and full of flavour. It makes great sandwiches!
