Sticky Banoffee Pudding

This is a sticky toffee pudding made with black treacle and filled with bananas. It was finished off at camp with some extra toffee sauce.

The sponge cake was light and rich with a delicious flavour from the bananas. The sauce lightened it and made it perfect. It went down exceptionally well with the scouts and leaders!
