Chocolate and Hazelnut Praline Viennese Fingers
These are some viennese finger biscuits filled with a buttercream flavoured with hazelnut praline paste and drizzled with chocolate.
The biscuits were buttery and short. The cream full of flavour and light, and the chocolate drizzle was a slightly bitter contrast to the sweet tastes. They are some of the best biscuits I've made.
