Bailey's Creme Caramel



This is the last of my Irish themed baking. I have used my Bailey's liqueur once again but this time I have made a creme caramel with a Bailey's and vanilla custard.

The custard is perfectly baked so it is smooth and creamy and had a slight wobble when it was taken out of the oven. It gives it a wonderful texture. The Bailey's flavour is strong enough to taste it but ha just the right balance to cut through the sweetness of the caramel. This is definitely a dessert for someone with a sweet tooth, and it delicious.
