Stilton and Onion Rock Cakes

These are my savoury version of a delicious childhood favourite. They are rock cakes flavoured with chopped onion and crumbled stilton.

The bake was just right with them being slightly crisp and well browned on the outside and soft in the centre. The flavours work wonderfully with just the right balance of cheese and onion. They may look simple but they are absolutely delicious. I can't fault them one bit!
