Chocolate Fudge Brownies

I have been using up the last of my vanilla fudge. I have added chunks to a dark chocolate brownie mixture.

The brownie itself is baked to just perfect. It is squidgy and soft in the centre, with a slightly crisp outside edge. The fudge pieces add a wonderful vanilla flavour. Most of them unsurprisingly melted into the chocolate however those pieces that still persist make it even more heavenly. This is a bake to be very happy with.
