Baguettes

I have been baking some bread for a lunch with friends. They are some french baguettes.

The crust was crisp and crunchy and it had uneven air holes thanks to the wet dough and lack of knocking back. This makes it light and delicious, and spot on for a baguette. The shape wasn't perfect due to my improvised cloche. But other than that, they are fantastic!
