Cheese, Garlic and Parsley Monkey Bread
I have been experimenting with my savoury take on monkey bread. These are balls of black pepper and cheese dough rolled in garlic and parsley butter and cheddar cheese.
The bread itself was soft and light, with some slightly irregular air holes due to the fairly wet dough I ended up making. The cheese is strong and the flavour comes through wonderfully. It compliments the garlic and parsley just right with a great balance. They are fantastic.
