Maple and Seed Sables

These are some simple biscuits. They are sable rounds flavoured with maple syrup and topped with pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

The biscuit is buttery and crisp with a perfect texture. The flavour of the maple syrup is delicate and sweet. They may be simple but they are absolutely delicious!
