Pistachio Heart Biscuits

These are some biscuits perfect for your loved ones. They are pistachio and vanilla hearts dipped in dark and white chocolate and sprinkled with chopped toasted pistachios.

The biscuits are light and crisp and the pistachio crunch is lovely. The dark chocolate is rich and slightly bitter so complimenting the fairly sweet biscuit.
