Lemon, Lime and Ginger Posset

I have once again been using up leftover cream. I have made a posset flavoured with lemon and lime, a little ginger and it is decorated with pieces of stem ginger.

The flavour was citrussy with the perfect balance of sweetness. The ginger cut through the flavours in a subtle manner creating a delicious and creamy dessert.
