Dill Puff Pastry Fish Pie
I had some leftover puff pastry dough in the freezer and so I added some dill to one of the turns and baked it as a top to a delicious fish pie made with river cobbler and prawns in a creamy lemon and dill sauce.
The fish filling was light, summery and delicious and the puff pastry had a distinct dill flavour adding an extra hit of taste and a great crispness to the top of the pie. It was a delicious dinner!
