Apple and Hazelnut Buns

These are some sweet dough buns. They are filled with cinnamon flavoured apple and hazelnuts. They are glazed with honey and sprinkled chopped hazelnuts.

The buns are perfectly proved, well baked and soft and light. They are well flavoured with the hazelnut coming through wonderfully. They are a great way to use the autumn apple crop.
