Chocolate and Caramel Cupcakes

These are the cakes baked for work. They are chocolate cupcakes filled with a caramel sauce centre and decorated with piped chocolate buttercream.

The cake was light and spongey with a lovely crumb texture. The caramel sauce was sweet and added a lovely addition to a very chocolatey cake. They went down very well indeed!
