Spring Rolls
These are my Chinese spring rolls made of homemade filo pastry and filled with five spice and ginger stir fried vegetables.
I originally planned to fry these however, once trying a couple, I decided to bake them to make them more crisp. The pastry was thin and the filling well spiced. Stretching the pastry to thin layers and then layering them more would have created a better flake but they were none the less delicious how they were!
