Lemoncello Curd Doughnuts

These are some lemon doughnuts filled with lemoncello flavoured lemon curd and drizzled with white chocolate.

The curd is tangy and full of lemon flavour and the dough is perfectly soft. The two flavours work well together and I think they look wonderful!
