Garlic and Rosemary Focaccia

This is some traditional Italian focaccia flavoured with garlic, garlic infused olive oil and rosemary. 

The dough was very wet and sloppy to work with however the holes created when baked were uneven and the bread was light. It is a perfect bake and the flavours were subtle and delicious. It was worth all the mess!
