Blueberry Jam Doughnuts

These are some traditional sugar coated doughnuts made of a dough flavoured with lemon zest and filled with blueberry jam.

The dough is soft and perfectly risen, with a delicious fried flavour and sugary coating. The jam is rich and not too sweet, complimenting the dough. They are absolutely delicious!
